Auto Parts Enterprises "Long Road Forward"

This year, the automotive industry has a steady stream of favorable policies, bringing about a hot sale in the first half of the year. Judging from the current situation, the automobile market seems to have not stopped.

Recently, officials from the Ministry of Commerce of the People's Republic of China stated that in the face of the severe situation of China's auto parts exports, the country is taking seven major measures, such as stabilizing export tax rebates and increasing financing support, to further promote the export of auto parts and components.

Policy: Improve component environment

In recent years, parts and components companies have to meet the continuous price reduction requirements of OEMs, and they must also cope with rising raw material and energy prices. Under the dual pressure of vehicle manufacturers and raw material companies, many parts and components companies have difficulty operating due to capital. It cannot be further developed in terms of R&D, procurement, production and marketing.

Today, the difficulties faced by parts and components companies seem to be resolved. Zhang Wei, Director of the Department of Mechanical and Electrical Industry of the Ministry of Commerce and Deputy Director of the National Electromechanical Products Import and Export Office, stated at the “2009 China Automotive Industry Development International Forum” on September 5 that China will maintain the stability of export tax rebates for automotive products and insist on “recruitment”. How much to withdraw the amount of "principle, maintain the 17% export tax rebate rate unchanged. Encourage financial institutions to support export companies in various ways such as policy loans and mortgage loans for export orders. Focus on supporting the export of automobiles, equipment manufacturing, electronic information and other industries.

In this regard, Shanghai Information Center Automotive Industry Development Researcher Zhu Junxuan said in an interview with reporters yesterday, “The export tax rebate rate for automotive products still remains at 17%. The tax rebate rate is already quite high, which increases the export profits of related companies. At the same time, the state has issued some relevant policies and measures to help enterprises export financing, and the environment of parts and components companies will be further improved."

Many analysts also said that increasing financing support has brought good development to parts and components companies, and many auto parts companies in China are facing bottlenecks in domestic listing difficulties and difficult bank loans. The Chinese auto parts companies need to be strong and big, and they all need capital operation.

Direction: Improve quality and technology

With the recovery of European and American auto consumption markets, the export situation of Chinese auto parts has improved significantly.

On September 7, the statistics released by the China Association of Automobiles show that in July 2009, exports of engines and components performed better than those of the entire vehicle, and they all showed significant growth. Among them, engine exports were 302.6 thousand units, a chain growth of 42.14%, a year-on-year decrease of 26.86%; exports amounted to 67.36 million USD, a 29.61% increase from the previous period and a year-on-year decrease of 50.05%; auto parts, accessories, and body exports amounted to 1.337 billion USD, an increase of 12.49% compared with the previous period. , a year-on-year decrease of 26.88%; exports of automobile and motorcycle tires amounted to US$686 million, a year-on-year increase of 13.59% and a year-on-year decrease of 4.35%; exports of other automobile-related commodities amounted to US$513 million, a year-on-year increase of 15.35% and a year-on-year decrease of 15.47%.

In this regard, Zhu Junxi said, “The export situation has indeed improved. This is mainly due to the recovery of foreign markets. If the US market continues to grow in the second half of the year, the export situation will continue to take a good step.”

"As a result of the financial crisis, the demand in the international auto market has dropped, and as a result, the consumer's use of the car has been extended and the maintenance of the car has been increased." Sohu Automobile commentator Jia Xinguang further analyzed the reporter, "China's auto The export products of spare parts are mainly used for vehicle maintenance, not for complete vehicles. This method is not desirable."

Jia Xinguang believes that it is necessary to improve the quality of parts and components and technological innovation. The improvement of quality is not simply a matter of duplication. It is necessary to optimize the export structure of parts and components and achieve differentiation in the export market. ”

Analysts also hold the same view. China's auto parts are currently not heavy weight, heavy production does not re-development, some companies have large-scale factories, but did not set up a dedicated research and development center.

Jia Xinguang once said that parts and components export enterprises must be familiar with each other's regulatory requirements and certification standards, and strive to identify their own gaps and implement them. At the same time, relevant parties should further standardize the market management of spare parts exports and establish an export tracking system to create an external trade environment suitable for export development.

Processing aids help the processing of PVC by promoting fusion, improving melt strength, eliminating surface defects and decreasing plate out. They also enhance formulation metal release properties in extrusion and calendering applications while offering improved cost performance versus traditional lubricant packages.
