At present, the noise generated by operating equipment has seriously affected the physical and mental health of operators. To this end, the company arranged for a thorough rectification of the noise pollution of the air compressor.

1 Noise characteristics and noise source analysis 1L noise distribution characteristics Field test shows that the unit uses the Dan 2238mediator noise spectrum analyzer to test the noise source distribution under full load conditions. In order to ensure the maintenance of the air compressor and the hoisting of related equipment, the ceiling of the sound insulation cover is detachable, and the wide-band sound absorption structure is sealed.

5 Conclusion After the installation of the sound enclosure, the noise level in the workshop is significantly reduced.
