For example, the wear on both ends of the lead screw causes the lead screw to sway, resulting in unstable axial radial dimension of the part, and measures for adjusting or replacing the end bearing of the screw can be taken.

At present, these turbocharged high-power diesel engines are equipped with two turbochargers, sharing a common intake manifold. If a cylinder stops working, the turbocharger connected to the cylinder has reduced turbine energy and decreases the speed, but the compressor outlet is open. The back pressure to the intake manifold will not change, which will cause the supercharger to surge. The cause of the cylinder stop should be found and eliminated.

Leaking oil inside the supercharger causes excessive oil consumption. Whether the oil leaks from the turbine or from the compressor, the diesel exhaust will emit blue smoke and even drip oil from the exhaust pipe. Remove the supercharger, check whether the oil return passage of the middle casing is blocked, whether the pipeline is deformed, whether the elastic seal ring loses elasticity or wear exceeds the limit, and the oil seal is damaged. In addition, check if the engine oil is excessively added, if the idle running time is too long, etc., until it is excluded.

Compressor impeller and turbine wheel are damaged. The reason is that there are impurities in the exhaust system, the flange clamp or bolt of the supercharger is loose, the turbine shell is damaged, the journal bearing is worn, the dust is accumulated in the compressor casing, and the carbon deposit behind the turbine impeller is excessive. The shell becomes dirty, the oil filter is clogged, and so on. Disassemble the maintenance booster, remove all impurities, and replace damaged parts.
