The second measure of moisture prevention is to prevent the condensation in the switch cabinet. When the equipment is in the standby state, the temperature in the cabinet may be lower than the outside of the cabinet. Condensation easily occurs and its insulation performance is greatly reduced. When the rainy season comes, the humidity is relatively high, and the bottom of the switchgear is relatively humid, which seriously affects the stability of the power supply. When the ambient humidity reaches 80%, the condensation controller on the switchgear should be turned on to turn on the dehumidifier in the switch room at the right time. Air-conditioning, keeping the indoor environment dry, periodically check the cable trench for water accumulation, and eliminate it in time.
The third measure of moisture prevention is to prevent the terminal box from being exposed to moisture and moisture, and the outdoor switch terminal box in the rainy season is prone to moisture condensation and water, which will cause the DC secondary circuit to reduce the insulation resistance to ground. In severe cases, a DC positive power supply or a negative power supply ground may be formed. If DC grounding is caused at two points, the DC fuse will be blown, resulting in a large-scale power outage. The solution is to install special ventilation holes on both sides of the switch box to cool the temperature. Install a dewing and dehumidifying heating control in the switch terminal box.
