The use of nuclear phase meter and precautions

The nuclear phase meter is a kind of live test tool, which is used to verify the phase of the high voltage power line under the operating voltage, especially for high voltage withstand voltage test of the nuclear phase bar directly touching the high voltage. According to the voltage level, the nuclear phase meter can be divided into: low voltage 380V, high voltage 6KV, 10KV, 35KV, 110KV nuclear phase meter; according to the display form can be divided into: pointer type, digital display type.

First, the use of nuclear phase meter

1 The X and Y collectors are respectively connected to the same high-voltage line. The host display should show that X and Y are in phase.

2 In the nuclear phase of the high-voltage line, the X and Y collectors should be arranged in the following manner for the nuclear phase: AA′ in phase of 000°, AB′ in different phase of 120°, BB′ of same phase in 000°, BC′ of different phase in 120°, in CC′ Same as 000°.

3 If you want to get a stable value, you should place one of the collectors on the collection point of the high voltage line and move the other collector around the other collection point of the high voltage line to move around to find the most increased measurement angle.

4 In the nuclear phase, such as AA′, AB′, BB′. BC′, CC′ test data are all displayed in different phases, this is because the measured two sets of power supply wiring is different, may appear 30 or 60° phase difference. The following describes the measurement standard when this situation occurs (taking a 30° phase difference as an example): The test method is the same as that of 1 and 2. The measured result should be: AA '30° out of phase, 120° out of phase, AB', BB '30° out of phase, 120° out of phase BC', CC' out of phase 30° (Note: 120° and 240° only indicate positive or negative phase order)

5 When measuring ≥10KV, X and Y can be directly on the wire or insulation skin for nuclear phase

6 In the ≥66KV nuclear phase, X and Y collectors can take contact or non-contact method nuclear phase. (If measuring 110KV and 220KV, place the X and Y heads 300mm to 1000mm below the high voltage wire. When measuring 500KV, place the X and Y heads 1000mm-2000mm below the high voltage wire and measure the allowable deviation of 300mm.)

7 phase sequence: Suppose a line is phase A, X is placed on phase A, and Y is placed on the other phase. If 120° is displayed, it is a phase sequence, and the corresponding is “B”, as shown in 240 ° is the reverse phase sequence. The corresponding value is "C".

8 Electrical inspection: One of the collectors is hung on the high voltage wire. If the host's screen shows the symbol of the corresponding collector, the high voltage wire is powered. Conversely, if the host's screen does not display the symbol of the collector, the high-voltage line is not powered.

Second, the nuclear phase meter matters needing attention

1 When the high-voltage nuclear phase meter is used, due to live operation, the grounding wire should be firm and reliable. (The low voltage may not use the grounding wire.) It must be carried out in accordance with the relevant provisions of the electrical safety working regulations. The insulation rod should be regularly checked for safety to ensure personal equipment. Safety.

2 After the high-pressure nuclear phase analyzer is used up, it should be properly stored in the box to ensure ventilation and dryness so as to avoid moisture and chemical corrosion for reuse.

3 According to the different levels of the use of voltage, select the appropriate level of the nuclear phase electroscope (high-voltage nuclear phaser), it is strictly forbidden to use more than one instrument.

4 When doing preventive experiments, remove the upper rod and only use the lower rod so as to avoid inaccurate measurements due to damage of the electronic components in the upper rod.
