Single set of the largest polyformaldehyde project fully put into operation

The polyoxymethylene project of China Ocean Chemical Tianye Co., Ltd. has a total of three production lines, which can produce about 60,000 tons of polyoxymethylene annually. In the cold environment of minus twenty degrees Celsius in winter, the tester of China National Ocean Chemical Tianye Company achieved production of qualified pellets on November 19 last year in only 25 days, and set a precedent for domestic and foreign customers. With the experience of successful test of the A-line, they opened the POM B line feeding test curtain on December 30, 2010. On January 11, 2011, it took only 13 days for line B to successfully produce polyformaldehyde pellets. On May 19th, 2011, the polyoxymethylene line C was fed through a dozen units such as formaldehyde concentration, tripolyformaldehyde monomer production, polymerization, grinding passivation, monomer removal, blending, and granulation packaging. On June 7, qualified pellet products were produced. Up to now, a full set of equipment has produced more than 10,000 tons of polyformaldehyde, which has injected vitality into the domestic polyformaldehyde market.

It is understood that the company's annual production of 60,000 tons POM project has been listed as a special research topic in the field of major new materials by Hohhot Chemical Amano. It has received strong support from policies and funds, and also established a special laboratory to improve the quality of POM. Sexual research.
