However, the automatic drilling and riveting equipment for large-wing wing panels is still blank in China, and many key technologies have not been used for reference.
In order to clear the obstacles to the development of the new branch line, the first flight of Xifei has been organized since July 2004, and experts and key personnel such as mechanics, numerical control, design, deformation processing, technology, tooling, project management, etc. have been mobilized to form a tackling team.
In the one-year transformation, they successively conquered six key technologies, completed the new transformation of mechanical and numerical control systems, successfully established the mathematical model of bracket deformation and the use of dynamic deformation difference compensation technology and post-programming method. The organic integration of theoretical coordinates, workpiece coordinates, measurement coordinates and equipment coordinates has been realized. At the same time, a series of problems caused by the dynamic changes of the tooling have been successfully solved.
After the transformation, the CNC drilling and riveting system of the equipment was tested by the professional metrology department. The geometric accuracy and dynamic running accuracy of each coordinate reached the international standard. The test system verified that the system function met the product requirements.
