Access control host installation method

1. The +12V and GND terminals on the access control host (power supply for the access control host) are connected to the +12V and GND terminals of the access control power supply.

2. The electric control lock is connected to the NO or NC end of the access control power supply (depending on the normally open lock and the normal lock); usually it is connected to the NC end (power on unlock, power off lock). The electronically controlled lock is terminated by the GND terminal of the access control power supply.

3. The PUSH terminal (opening signal) on the access control host is connected to the PUSH terminal of the access control power supply. (The door opening signal on the access control host is marked as NO or NC. Usually, the NO terminal is connected to the PUSH terminal of the access control power supply).

4. When the other end is connected to the door button, the two connections of the exit button are connected to the exit button end and the GND end of the access control host; or the PUSH terminal and the GND terminal of the access control power supply.

5. When the other end is connected to the card reader, the card reader is connected to the corresponding signal terminal of the access control host (usually connected to 4 terminals: 12V, GND, DATA0, DATA1). 6. If you need to connect to the Internet, you must also connect RS485 cable (RS485 communication mode) or network cable (TCP/IP communication mode) to the access control host, the other end is connected to the computer, and the RS485 cable (2-core shielded cable) also needs to be connected. The serial port to RS485 converter is connected to the serial port of the computer host; the network cable is connected to the network port of the computer network card.
