Effect of concentrate water on storage and transportation of concentrate

Concentrate moisture is a comprehensive technical indicators dewatering operations, it directly affects the concentrate transportation and transportation of metal loss. If the concentrate water is greater than 18%, the concentrate is difficult to transport and the loss is large on the way. In the cold area, the high concentration of concentrate water has caused serious difficulties in transportation work, and it has to take anti-freezing measures. According to some experience of the factory, when the water content of the concentrate is reduced to 8 to 9%, the transportation time is within 7 hours, the atmospheric temperature. It is not necessary to adopt any anti-freezing measures when it is within -15 °C; when the atmospheric temperature is -15~-20 °C, the method of covering sacks (or straw bags) is adopted to solve the freezing problem in concentrate transportation.
When the concentrate water is too low, such as 6% or less, in areas with large wind and sand, the concentrate will fly with the wind during transportation, causing unnecessary metal loss. At the same time, too low moisture will increase the cost of the dehydration process.

The cylinder liner is a part of the engine. It has good heat dissipation, uniform cooling and easy processing. Usually, only the inner surface needs to be finished, and the outer surface in contact with water does not need to be processed, and the disassembly and assembly is convenient, but the disadvantage is that the strength and rigidity are not as good. Dry cylinder liners are good, and water leakage is easy to occur. Some leak prevention measures should be taken.
