On March 28th, 2014, Yuchai Group Welder Master Technician Studio was confirmed by the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security of the Guangxi Autonomous Region as the 2014 regional Master Skills Master Studio construction project.

According to the “Guangxi High-skilled Personnel Revitalization Plan Implementation Plan” requirements, Guangxi must build 30 autonomous region masters of skill masters during the “Twelfth Five-Year Plan” period, and each studio will receive 100,000 yuan in subsidies for construction funds. Yuchai Group Electric Welder Skills Master Studio is the only electric welder studio that won this honor this year and is named Liu Yingjia's Master of Skills Studio.

Liu Yingjia, currently chief engineer of Yuchai Heavy Industry Technology, is one of Yuchai's technical personnel and top-ranking technical personnel. Over the years, Liu Yingjia has actively carried out technological innovations and technological research activities. Due to his outstanding work performance, he was named "2009 Yuchai Group Top-notch Technician", "2009 Yuchai's Top Ten Outstanding Youth", "2010 Yuchai Gold Label Workers" and "2010 Guangxi Technical Expert" and won the 2012 award. The "Guangxi Skill Award" honors.

After the establishment of Liu Yingjia’s Master of Skills Studio, the studio will make new contributions to Yuchai’s “second venture” through research work on projects, technical breakthroughs, technological innovations, and training with techniques.
